Emphasis on the 2-pc., instead of a combined hat and rotor (I'd just go with Zimmermans if that was the case).

Where can I get one if they do exist?

Nope, doesn't exist. What would you need a two piece rotor in the rear for?

Weight reduction in the rear wheels. I already reduced the weight by getting BBS LM rims and I was hoping to reduce it more with the discs.

A two piece rotor won't necessarily mean a weight reduction. Regardless the reduction would be so small, that it wouldn't even be measurable in terms performance.
