New England BMW Owners

does anyone out there know of a good mechanic or shop in Rhode Island? If not how about somewhere in New England close to RI?

I'm new in town and need to take my car to a mechanic/shop to install an exhaust. I can't make it a DIY, so right now I'm pretty lost...looking for someone who's reliable and won't rip me off with prices.

thanks! the only other shop I know of is RPM in Brighton, MA (i think...) but I've also heard they're more of a bling bling shop and aren't very good at anything mechanical - even something as simple as an exhaust!

have you worked with Blue and White before? they do good service and won't rip me off like the dealer right?

Sorry to say I have not yet been to them. I was told of them by a friend who has and was pleased with the price and quality of work.

Stay away from 3d auto in hudson unless u liek to pay dealer prices for a guy who only knows e30s

my buddy ronny owns advanced auto body in wakefield, RI.....they do a lot of custom work, and would have no problem putting on an exhaust.....let me know if you want their number.

BTW, i've heard a couple good things about Hans Imports in North Kingstown.....apparently Hans is from Germany and knows his shizzy on german cars. might be a good place for repairs.......peace
