Yes, mine is from 1994. The M3 Cabrios were available since late 1993 in Europe.Originally Posted by übermäßig M3

Ok, that was pretty freakin' crazy. I work at a radio station right, and I am currently in the studio surfing the forum (I go on the air in like another 10 minutes). So I clicked on the bottom of your post on the link to check it out, and then turned away from the screen and back to my On-Air music screen.
All of the sudden the song "Photograph" by Nickelback starts playing on my monitor speaker in the studio! I'm like, what the hell? My current song is still playing the on-air speakers, but now Nickelback is playing on the monitor speaker, and I'm pacing around the studio and seeing if someelse is somehow playing the song through my speaker.
So the song ends and I'm like good and I return to my on-air music and it is still all normal. THEN I turn back to the bimmerforum on the link for your website and notice you have Nickelbacks video in cue to play when someone visits.
It was pretty weird. The thing is, I play that song everyday, we are a Rock Format. And btw nice color bimmer!

loI believe you've heard of it, it's called alpinweiss III, or as I like to call it, "Every panel is a different shade of 'toasted marshmallow'". Lowl, but seriously, props to all for sweet colors.

(Don't mind the dustyness ) I haven't seen many people with this color, so my guess is its rare? I have looked at sites, but have found nothing on the name.
Dakar II and technoviolence are not rare, sorry people.
Wow, same color as my Porsche, but you are right about the metallic flake added to the Porsche color. I find it a difficult color to photograph properly, as it varies depending on what kind of light it is under. Never seen it on a Bmw; nonetheless, it looks good on your e21!Originally Posted by Echo

I'm pretty positive it's factory since it shows up in the major paint suppliers color books.Originally Posted by Morals
I've seen other beige Bimmers on here, both E36 & E34, but I think they've all been Champagne, not Samara.
I've seen E38's in Samara - a friend of mine has one - 1996, I think - but never an e36.Originally Posted by ElSupremo

I have not seen too many of these online, and this is the only one in person I have seen
I noticed not too long after I bought the car, the hood was slightly a different shade, it turned out to be granite silver. the previous owner had his hood pop open going down the road
That color is hot, to bad they didnt make M's in that.Originally Posted by arakele
