looks good. i did mine myself and theyre actually darker. wetsanded 320, wetsand 600, clean with alcohol, spray with nightshades to desired tint, clear coat a few decent coats. done. mine look oem. they look real good lit too... i only had 1 cop tell me i needed to change them. either way, good purchase. im sure they'll look great on your car .

Damn, they look really good mang. I have a friend that is experienced in tinting lights and I am going to have him do my E36. I figured with my ride being black it should look pretty good. Altough I do have clear corners, Those would probably look pretty good tinted too.

imo smoked clear corners with euro taillights look better but thats just me

If you dont to a ticket. I have similar tail lights, 6 months no tickets. Run your foglights daytime and the tail lights will glare light that way cops dont ticket you plus it looks good. Try it for yourself when you get your lights.

Just because they are from Germany, doesn't make them better. You could have bought used tails/corners and tinted them yourself for much less just fyi.

DIY is always cheaper, doesn't mean you should do everything DIY when you have no clue what you're doing.

Hey I already have smoked tails off ebay...I like the look but they aren't SMOKED. I'm going to do this project over the winter break when I put my car up...Thanks for the info guys...anybody ever think of getting a group buy together?
