    How fast have you gone in your BMW?

    im just curious to see what other have done with their bimmers, list how fast, what final drive, what kind of car. for safety reasons just tell how it is fiction
    *my fiction story
    i went 145mph in the middle of nowhere
    i have a 3.15lsd, and it was in my e36 93 325is with its stock tranny.

    Once upon a time, at ~6am on the way to a caddy job in the middle of nowhere, I ran it up to $1.32 with my sunroof open. At 16 this was really stupid, but it was a great adrenaline rush. Nothing special compared to what a lot of the speed freaks on here do, but its faster than any 16 year old should ever go.

    cbr 1000rr took that up the daimes point bridge to 196...

    REALLY STUPID!

    Took my Modded M3 with a 6 spd and 3.73 gears to 155

    M5 took it tooo 150....just got it though...lets take the governor off and then see what she will do...

    Before taking delivery of my 05 M3 in Germany, they gave ///Maniak and myself a new SMG test car. I took it out early that Saturday morning, perfectly legal 170 mph for about 10 miles on the autobahn heading towards Frankfurt, this section was Hitler's original. It's 8 lanes wide, flat, and straight. Those were good times.

    Riding with my brother, 1997 m3 dinan stage 3 upgrades, 158....4 in the morning on a 6 lane highway...smooth as butter. Then i drove and did 140. Just got my 99 m3, 120 is the fasted in that one.

    dang 150+ is just crazy. the fastest ive been in my car is 120.... only once late late night when there were hardly any cars out

    145, and i got pulled over. it was a 45mph zone. 4 lane highway. Luckily, the cop didn't get my speed but just saw me fly by as he was coming out of a gas station. i got "driving unsafe for conditions" or something like that. On top of it, i was racing a 540, but the cop was cool and didn't give me a ticket for racing. Guess i got lucky.

    139 saturday night on the 101 back from Hollywood on an empty stretch
    Felt great with the right suspension, I don't know how I would have liked it all stock. still fairly easy to turn to no shake whatsoever, god I love these cars.
