The down side to owning a rag top

...I noticed this on my lunch break last night...

...a minor inconvenience that should cost me less than $7.00 and a coupla hours to fix. You guys need to check your tops for this damage, it's a common problem.

I went to check out an M Roadster once, on a car lot. It had its top left open, another problem with owning a rag top is having a BIRD take a shit on the leather.

Yo my man, it has been a long time. The past few months have been hard for me, many bad things, but that's all over with. I was gonna post the repair but couldn't(too many images). Anywho, Darth Bishop has added the DIY to the other's at her website:

The fix was as easy as I thought it would be.

Thanks, Joe. I'm sorry to hear you've been having a rough go of it, lately, hopefully smoother sailing ahead!

    Glad you're back!

Another down side, when you get a Z3 ragtop loaner from the dealer, and it looks like the top has never been put up, the leather is worn from being soaked, and the wood is all warped.
