"All LTWs had the 3rd brake light in the rear spoiler. The rear glass and rear shelf did not have the outline/cutout for the 3rd brake light."

    What he said.

Between that and the red seat belt myth this seems to be turning into THE '95 LTW info thread.

I have received the original 95 LTW glove box trim I ordered.

It was pulled from a LTW in New Jersey. It's much more "heavy duty" than I expected...in a good way.

It's not some kind of thin trim that gets fixed to the stock vinyl bit with adhesive. Instead, it's got a black plastic frame with three clips...with a white paper decal that's all in German. I'll translate the prose and post pics later.

Also, the area for the silver decal is recessed. The decal should arrive tomorrow.

Glad your happy with the glovebox trim. Thanks for the prompt payment as well. You'll have to pop out your existing dash piece from the backside and this just snaps in. Just make sure you line the silver decal up perfectly. Its very sticky and near impossible to remove.

You don't think I can pry the stock piece with a slim screwdriver from the front?

Never tried. Give it a shot. Wrap the screwdriver in tape so you dont mar anything while trying to pop it out.

Happen to have any close ups of the weave on the front? I like the red that they put in there.

Received and installed LTW door sills. Note the faux CF closeup. Looks MUCH better from 9 inches away BION

Received and installed original LTW cf glove box trim.

Received and installed X-brace (repainted with high-temp flat black spray can). My '95 had threads for the extra four bolts.

Removed hood insulation a la '95 LTW. Though I haven't really noticed much engine noise difference. I think this is because I also added a Borla cat-back this week. (Hung perfectly the first time with dreamy deep tone and zero drone).

Splitter, spoiler, and Motorsport front strut bar...someday...

I don't believe I saw the 3.23 diff mentioned in this thead, I'm not 100% but I beleive all LTW's have them.

    Chalk up another mod...

    Aren't the subframes different too?

Clearly to replicate a LTW you need a lot more than glove box trims and cloth seats.

    Well, give me a lil'credit.

    To date:

    It's the right year.
    It's the right paint.
It's the right rims (no mean feat).
    It's the right door sills.
It's the right glove box trim out of an true LTW (again no mean feat).
    It's the right X-brace.
The Motorsport flag decal's pretty spot-on.
    Hood lining's removed.

Not bad for four week's effort, right?

I'm going for the asthetics of the LTW, that's what I adore. Though I won't be welding the sunroof.

Saving for splitter, front strut brace, spoiler...
