The one in my post? They are mini alpina flares and you can get them from dapbmw (Dave Pineda) on the faq board.
Love the Alpina. Keep sending those pics.

;that is a nice car. I saw the dash, Esty and immediately thought of you.
i've never been a huge fan of the color blue but that interior may have just converted me...very very nice indeed
andy...i recall reading that you're gonna do your truck a "brighter" shade of green...it would be killer with that 70's drab olive green...i had a 687 super bee back in the day that was that military green interior and loved it
Paint in already going on the pick up. 1970 Mopar Lime Green. Engine bay and door jabs all done. I have to say i really do like it. similar
scheme. The black is going to hide the Rhino liner bed. I will try to get an actual picture of the paint color.
I am so jealous.... these cars are wonderful, I just can't make the investment right now (ticks me off).
Of course, I could be persuaded to trade my 7.....
Nice cars everyone!
LOVE the colors, Andy! I had a 70 Plymouth 340 Duster that color green, with black stripes and a black vinyl top. It was my first heavily modded car, used for 'ahem' drag racing -- 340 cu in, 400 hp, 4.11 LSD, N50-15 17" wide rubber, a 12 sec 1/4 miler. Memories... ;-)
Frankly, to me the wild green is very similar to Inka from the period. BOLD!
Tom
Tom, that is exactly the look I want on the pick up. That early 70s Mopar pass me, or just keep wishing paint scheme! When I was a kid in the late 60s at Ft Bragg, NC, there were lots of young GIs that had been to Viet Nam and had money to spend when they got back to the states. I think there was every kind of hot car on the planet running around Fayetteville, NC back in those days.
Here's my dad's '73. Its got a Korman built motor: Weber 45 DCOEs, hot cam, worked head, E21 bottom end, 5 speed gearbox, etc. Sorry for the crappy pics:
from sweden......pure sex

Any more pictures of that one? Looks great in black like that. Im tempted to buy another one and build it up from the bottom. Im still about about 2 months off though from starting anything.
Here is an interior shot of my early (January) 1971. The dashboard if a crack-free two-piece one that I got on the German eBay (ebay.de). I took factory delivery on my 2002 37 years -- on Feb. 10, 1971. The price was $3217.

that swartz car is one of the cleanest, slickest, sharpest, insert adjective, 2002's i have ever seen. beautiful!
Nothing really new on the wagon. The pick up should get some paint soon. The engine bay is a nice green so far. I got a black headliner for it as well. I need some black door panels now. It seems there a couple of early Mustangs in line in front of it. The Wagon does have an E30 subframe and will get 5 lug wheels with big disczzz. I kinda like the ones on the black car.
