This is my current 1974 BMW 2002 project car. I am currently still collecting parts for my m20 swap, and will be doing the motor install in April.
Currently the car has:
Kirk 4 point bolt in bar (I plan on using this as a foundation for a weld in half cage)
2 Corbeau Forza seats
2 Schroth Ralley 3 belts
Momo wheel
Ireland stage 2 springs
Horrible struts
Urethane bushings everywhere
Rear camber toe tabs
Front camber plates
Volvo calipers up front
Stock drums in back
braided SS brake lines
Rear strut bar with battery relocation
15x6.5 MSW mesh wheels w/ Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec tires
Everything ells is still stock, and most of the modified stuff will change after the engine swap is done. I plan on running some coil overs in the front and back, welding up a half cage in the rear that will be tied into the rear strut towers, some rear disk brakes, and some 15x8 wheels.
This is what she looks like now.
M20
The e21/e30 small case hybrid LSD I built for the M20
My DIY gauge cluster
There is a lot more detail to all of this. if you feel like checking my build out you can on R3V.

great stuff D..
i really like the look of the gauge cluster....ol skool race car.....
The M20 was machined at Morgans Machine Shop in Walnut Creek CA by Tim. Then I rebuilt it my self. It is mostly stock, but has a 272 cam, 3 angle valve job, polished chambers, slightly ported intake runners (no polish), and slightly ported and polished exhaust runners. It will be running 19# injectors with a M30 AFM and eventually a custom megasquirt built into the stock computer housing. Should be fun.

Hi just got her so im changing the clutch master and overhauled the carb!!! Havent really done some major work it will be more during the summer time !!!
I know crappy cell phone pics but thats all i got for now!
Just picked her up a week ago. She needs some love($$$) and tinkering but i'm super happy. Already got a weber 38, full exhaust and cam, scoots pretty damn well and sounds good doing it.
^beautiful! What color is that?
Pretty sure its inca, it has been repainted though. The lighting was weird that day and i'm using an ancient point and shoot which im assuming is why it doesnt look quite right.
Just rebuilt/cleaned the carb today, good god, what a difference.
Off topic, anyone know anything about a weber 38 dps 100 carb? My car has one and cant find too much information on it. Its got a second accelerator type pump on it compared the 38 dges etc, but the second pump works off of a vacuum line instead of the roller cam thing for a regular accelerator pump. The second pump isnt connected to a vac line currently, i'm gonna try and play with it in the next day or two to see what advantages/disadvantages it offers, but any insight would be helpful.
