New pic of my 02 from this past weekend. I liked the color contrast...

Thx. The pic was shot on my trusty Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5 digital point-n-shoot camera. ;-)
Hi Harry,
The resolution, color, clarity and especially optical zoom on that camera are pretty neat.
These 2 pics below were taken standing in the same place on the sidewalk across the street. {Origs are 3500x2600, both reduced similarly to 800 wide here.}

Nice......I'm going to try mine out this weekend
More evidence that owning a Schwarz '02 will make a person, among other things, a smarter shopper.
LOL!

This is the most fun BMW I ever owned (and I have had quite a few). Oh the roar of the webbers and those sticky tires. 34 year old pic.
Awsome photo. For some reason, the intro and end to Mr Rogers came to mind when I saw it.
Dang! you've got a good eye. 6" Borrani's/3011's/Bilsteins/springs/built to the hilt but totally streetable plus a 5 speed. A real Z beater back in the days.
Then there's this guy
Paid $3300 new out the door and sold it 18 months later for $3700 so I could order the '73 Fiord Tii with factory sport wheels and sport steering wheel. I loved (and still do) these 2002's. Had 9 of them.
While I'm at it you might like this one too.
Thought I got the gold ring when I got this one

sweet rides boys!
I got new wheels!
Like em! Where'd you get them?
very nice. size/offset/tire size? Looks like 15s?
^They are Borbet Type H 7x15 et35, rears 205/50, fronts 195/50 and I'm using a 15mm spacer.
I got them used from a Miata shop here in town, 200 bucks, yes!

I cut my stock springs.
Now how do you like it?
The front tires rub during hard cornering, I'm going to try and hammer the fender out a bit. Soon I will have turbo flares!

Wie Schnell Bist Du?
Ha, our cars are practically twins... I'll need to take a pic soon.
weedawg -- the wing, side skirts and rear valence are all from a BMP Design body kit made for the 2002.
HTH,
