Need Help - No Dash lights

...and the lights went out all over the world...
I went out for a drive the other night, hit the lights, headlights came on but no dash lights (they worked the last time I was out at night). I have checked all fuses, earth, replaced all globes and checked all wires. The odd thing is the oil, alternator, high beam and flasher globes all work. Any idea as to the cause? Could it be the dimmer in the headlight switch??

have you checked to see if you have good grounds? If thats not it, you might be right about the switch, the last position in the switch might be bad. If you have a multimeter see if you have current in that position. Good luck

My story is just like beaner's. It looks like it is the switch, becasue when I jump the plug on the switch and bypass it I have light. ANybody have a working switch for me? Where should I get one?
