obd1 AA chip idles funny when stopping help

Hello all, new to the forum wondering If anyone could help me out.
heres the deal. 95 m3 obd1 cosmos I put a cold air intake on 2 weeks ago. last week I called AA and purchased a chip dme 413. chip arrives I install no problems. When I'm comming to a stop my idle flucuates a few times about 200 rpm up 200 rpm down. I read the post on the ICV but it does not do this with the stock chip in place. I have the 3" hfm in the car and a 3.5" w/ adapter on the way from a seller on this board. Do you think this might be the problem? I called AA yesterday and they said they would get back to me . No word as of yet.

I got the OBD1 AA chip also, flawless.
