    lower trailing arm bushings - what to use to press in ?

    I got the bushings today (inner/outer) for the rear lower trailing arms. What are you guys using to press them in. I'm trying the inner (the one on the arm, the other end is on the car) and it has a lot of flex so it's hard to get it straight. Is there a tool I should be using ? Tried a vise and now ball joint press with different discs.

    #7 in this pic... a couple of different names are used for this arm

    hoping that I don't need a special tool...
