Does anyone know if the Windshield Washer Motor has a fuse? If so what size is it? My washer motor stopped working today and I hate to pay the dealer a $50 deductable on my CPO if all I need to do is change a fuse. My Check Status Light reads everything is OK.

In Bentley, it looks like the washer pump is hooked up through fuse 44, so you might check that. Otherwise, I'd get out a meter and check the connector to see if you have power, and to see if the other terminal goes to ground when you pull the stalk. If you have power, and the other terminal goes to ground, then my guess is that you need to replace the pump motor - should be a fairly simple fix to do yourself.
One thing that you might want to check before going too much further - on my car, the washers stopped working because one of the hoses popped off the nozzle under the hood. The pump still worked fine - it just pumped fluid between the hood and the liner instead of out the nozzle. Couldn't see anything, so it looked like the pump wasn't working, until I opened the hood and all the fluid came pouring out...

So far I have check the hoses leading to the nozzles. They seem to be connected and intact. The fuse on #44 looks to be ok. I will next eliminate any chance of electrical failure going to the pump motor. The last step if this is not the case will be replacing the motor itself. I looked up one on Bavarian Auto last night and it was ~$38.00. Looks like an easy repair if that is the case.
