    EWS II Bypass

    Has anyone been able to bypass/eliminate the EWS II system on a 1995 M3 build date September??????

    In what way?

    My EWS brain has failed on me a few times so I decided to jump terminals 1 and 3 on the brain's harness to bypass the brain itself.

    I think you'd have to mount a key somewhere near that module. That's what they had to do for my remote starter.
