What's the offset for a 1973 Bavaria? I'd like to stick some non-stockers on but have no idea where to start on the sizes. I know it's 5x120 and that's it.
I'm feeling 16" wheels. Any suggestions?

What is the widest square setup I could fit under the car without any rubbing issues?
Jean-Claude,
A 16" wheel with a 20mm offset would fit. We have a few listed on our web site for the car. If I can help let me know.
I need some expert advice on some wheels
Hey all...
I was wondering if anyone has some info on backspacing and offsets for
the MAX 19" widest and deepest lips I can fit on
2000 528iT
I am thinking 19"x8" front (what offset)
19"x 10" rear (what offset)
And what tire sizes would I need for either of the sets?
What do you guys think?
I have the chance on ordering a custom set of wheels for my ride and would want the deepest dish I can put in possible (for the rears).
Also, what tire sizes would I be able to use without pulling the fenders..rolling them is fine. I have already rolled them.
I would also end up lowering the Touring a bit after getting the wheels.

The offset is going to need to be right around a 20mm front and rear. With the 10" wide rear you are going to need a fender lip roll. The width and offset is really not going to determin the lip of the wheels though.
Thank you, Jim.
Just thought about it after your reply.
But, its going to depend if the style of rim centers are concave or the centers are flat.
So, just to clarify...
for 8" front, 20mm offset also?
and 10" rears 20mm offset also?
what about tires?
what size can i go with?
2000 528iT
That would be fine. You can go with some lower offsets in the 15mm range depending on the alignment and the specific tire you run.
Okay, the numbers on my tire are 245/40 17R 91Y and 245/40 17R 91W
What does all that mean?
Below is a description.

I am selling a set of 18" OEM E46 M3 wheels and a potential buyer wants to know if they will fit on a 1999 7 series and if so, what mods are needed. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Okay, just so I know that I understand this:
My tires are 245 mm wide at their widest point. They are 40 mm from the rim to the outside tread. My rims are 17 inches (even though they measure 18 across?) and the tires were designed for speeds up to 168 mph
So I got it right. Go me
I discovered I have spacers on the front, but not the back. Interesting . . .
Hi,
Recently got my 2009 vehicle and have about 19,000 miles on it. Its rear tires need replacement (and probably front tires in due course) and the dealership said it would cost $550 a pop.
Currently have Dunlop SP Sport 01 tires in front and rear with specs as follows:
Front: 245/40R18
Rear: 275/35R18
Suggestions on what tires are good replacements.
Will it really cost that much ? or can i get good ones for $200-$300 a pop ?
Willing to pay a decent amount as long as the ride is similar to what I currently have...
Thanks in advance.
Looking for a cheap set of winter wheels/tires... Stumbled upon these today:
http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/pts/2099829049.html
The seller has told me that the offset of these particular wheels is +32mm; will these wheels, with a 205/50-17 tire fit on my E36 M3?
I'm in a real a bind here, as it's beginning to snow here in Philly. Almost spun out today leaving work
Some quick assistance would be greatly appreciated!
I have an e36 325 coupe and 245/40/18s in rear and 235/40/18s in front. The wheels are 8.5 wide in rear and 8 wide in front. Car is lowered 1.6" in front, 2.5 in rear. Will I have any issues when I mount them? If so what could I do or switch to that will make them fit?

How would I get this to work? What tire setup should I run?
I have 17x8 +35 wheels with 225/45 tires on them going on an e36 sedan; how big of a wheel spacer could I use without rolling the fenders. I'm asking because they're going on with FK silverline x coilovers and I don't want the front to rub.
