    Just Bought my first BMW

Well..After driving up to long Island to look at a car I saw on the net I TOTALLY hated it. The dealer felt so bad he directed me to his wholesaler. At this warehouse they had a 1993 325is with only 60,000 miles on the clock in perfect condition. Needless to say I bought it and I am picking it up next saturday after they paint the ugly gray, give it a good tune-up, detail and fix some minor things.

    3cars-36v. Math FTW!
He never said he drove up to LOOK at a 325, just that he ended UP buying a 325.

But good luck with the car. I hoe you dont' have problems with it. I have not heard good things about the '92-mid'94 325i/is cars. Hopefully yours is an exception to the rule!

The drive up was good..The way back i took the verizzano and goethals bridge which seemed to be quicker after i got off the long island parking lot.

As for the car. The salesman totally lied his ass off describing the car. There were 2 cracks on the rear bumper, a busted windshield, a big dent in the front spoiler, paint chips, one fog light, the seats were destroyed, it was just ugly.

As for the car I am buying, the guy who I purchasing it from is a wholesaler who used to be a mastertech for bmw. The guy requested that I allow him to tune it up so it runs perfect when I pick it up so I said why not. The car ran very strong, then again it is a 93 with only 60,000 miles.

    Congratulations and Welcome!!

Be sure to ceck out the E36 forum for lots of helpful information. Be sure to keep an eye on all the fluid levels and check under the car for leaks. If you develop any problems with the car search for information on it and feel free to ask about it on the forum.

Have fun with the new ride and post pics when you can!
Some ladies like a hand-held. I prefer to drive mine.
