Below the pedal is a dead stop screw, can I open the throttle more if I screw it in more? Or is this some kind of saftey device during break in period?

I have no idea re: the stop screw... if you are a CCA member, you may try to contact their "tech advisors" for an answer.

Screw? I didn't notice one? But I didn't examine the floor that much yet.
But there is one thing I am wondering though. S54 engines for M3 has two modes, sport and normal. What about our engines? Since there is no switch to choose between these two modes, are our engines set for "sport" by default?
Oh, by the way, did I mention that I literally KILLED a S2000 yesterday? It wasn't even funny.

Moving the screw will not open the throttle bodies any further, leave it where it is.
LEAVE that screw alone!!
