Tire Pressure Recommendations (95 M3)

I tried searching and didn't find exactly what I was looking for.

I have an auto-x coming up and I've been experimenting for the last few days with my tire pressures. I have 235/40/17 all around, Yokohama AVS ES100s.

Can anyone recommend some pressures to start with, and then fine tune from? What has everyone else had good luck with with the non-staggered setup on the 95s?

With Yoko street tires start at 40 front and 36 rear.

Chalk your side walls in 4 places and check for roll over.
