Another OBD-1 Intake question

Can anyone tell me the advantages of using the OBD-1 kit from m3 motorwerkes in swapping a 1998 m3/4 to a obd-1 intake. I am wanting to do this swap and have found obd-1 manifolds for about 100.00 and was wondering if its worth while to buy the kit from m3 motorwerkes its right at 600.00. If i dont buy thier kit what if any issues are there in the swap. I know that there is some problem with the fit of the engine cover. thanks in advance.

its easy enough to find all the part required (about $30 worth) to put a kit together yourself. Do a search and you will find a list of parts and instructions.
