Appareently the strut brace bolts which are one time use, part # BMW-51716966566 is NLA. Its used on almost every late model BMW. Unbeleivable.
Does anyone know of a different interchange #?

My suggestion is to contact The Official ARP Web Site | Contact Us
and explain your situation, I'm sure they will have an option for replacement.
Never heard of them and I'd prefer to go with BMW hardware, I've had terrible experiences with aftermarket steel bolts. Out of interest, are you affiliated with those folks?

Sure I'd prefer BMW OEM, but as YOU posted -NLA.
You've never heard of ARP stud or head bolts?
Do a search in the forum.
And no, not even remotely affiliated with ARP.
Right on. It looks like BMW changed the bolt head type for this part number from an e-torx to a hex head, for some reason. FCP is showing the part with a 3 day lead-time, while other resellers show the part as NLA. FCP cancelled my first order, I just re-ordered, so fingers crossed. Next step will be to contact a *local* dealer 75 miles away and see what they have. AFter that, I'll circle back around to finding another vender.
I started another thread specific to clarifyiing the torque spec on these two bolts. My searches have resulted in lots of conflicting info as to whether these are torque-to-yield and what the torque spec is. Numbers I'm finding are all over the place...

Why am I finding that part # available with a simple Google search?
Part#BMW-51716966566
Perhaps, NCA - not NLA. Several vendors I've worked with had it listed as NLA so I adopted their language. My re-order with FCP seems to have shipped, so apparently resupplied to the dealer networks. We'll see if that status changes. Still looking to confirm torque specs if anyone has them for a g12.

M10x45 is very common and easy to find. No need to buy BMW unless you have OCD, but it may be the easiest place to get a torx head version. Hex head will work fine. And it probably does not need to be replaced. I have reused the strut to cross bar bolts on my F90 M5 multiple times.
Interesting tone to some of these responses - and yet no expertise with a simple torque spec. reply.
Anyway... Just a quick update.
I was able to finally source these bolts from FCP. So the NCA (Not currently available) status was a temp. problem. Probably the parts got held up in customs or something...
Anyway, i still haven't been able to confirm the torque specs on these.
