E90 2006 330i for sale - southern CA, LA area - nice upgrades, needs some work

Posting my 2006 E90 330i up for sale. I am the 2nd owner and had the care since 2008. 6 speed manual.

I bough it with 33K miles and now it has 226K miles. The car has always been treated very well and I have always been diligent about timely maintenance. The title is clean. Preventative maintenance and repair always using OEM BMW parts. This has been my daily driver and I have also set it up for occasional autoX for a few seasons with BMWcca and SCCA. Low miles on the current tires.

The 330i has the following upgrades:
- Ground Control coil over kit with camber plates
- poly bushings on the rear subframe
- M3 rear control arms
- 17" 9 in wide rims to run 255 tires
- carbon fiber hood
- DINAN intake kit with secondary snorkel
- roof rails
- spare tire kit with tools and jack

Needs some work here: the engine is misfiring on cylinder 6. Check Engine light is on. The large DISA valve broke and a piece of plastic got sucked into the intake and bent one of the intake valves, therefore the valve is not sealing. The debris has been removed. The DISA valve has also now been replaced. The car drives, but obviously not perfectly with the misfiring cylinder.
Also, headliner has peeled off fully.
