    Prepping for valve adjust

    Hi y'all -

Getting ready to to do a valve check/adjust on my 84 633CSi, and have run onto a few questions:
    1. Knowing how important the overhead oiling pipe is, I noticed that, once the valve cover was off, the forward of the 2 banjo bolts was loose, barely finger tight! I have new crush washers, so I will install them. Should I use Loctite on the banjo bolts? Red? What do I torque them to?

    2. Also, there is a breather hose that runs from the valve cover to the throttle body, about 1" in diameter. Completely invisible from above, there is also a small port, with a plastic barb fitting on it pointing down (see picture). The barb wasn't connected to anything - is that right? Should it go somewhere, or flap in the breeze?

Thanks for any info you can provide!
