I'm at a loss for what's wrong with this car. I bought a 2000 323i at the beginning of summer, it was non running due to a slew of electrical issues. I did a ews delete, swapped gm5 modules, and the car started but it was in limp mode. Car has eml, service light and Dsc light stays on.

I checked inpa and had codes 169 and 100, I cleared codes and reset adaptations and that didn't work. So I tested the throttle body and it was dead, got a new one and tested it and it's good to go but same codes. So I did the mdk 10 pin connector and replaced it, still didn't work, then found checking the harness and found some corrosion on the x6003 connector. I planned on replacing the ccv system anyways so I took the intake off did the gaskets and ccv and got a new wiring harness. Got everything together today and went to start and still the same codes. 169 and 100. I have a spare ECU and tried that and still same thing. I've heard abs errors can cause the throttle body issues but I just have the Dsc light on. My brake lights also are stuck on and I've replaced the light control module since it also had corrosion and that didn't do anything either. Pretty much out of ideas at this point so any advice is appreciated.
