Registering new battery for 06 750li

Anyone in the San Fernando valley or near LA able to help with registering a new battery for my 06 750li? It crapped out last night and I need the car to be up and running tonight. Anyone have the scanner tool/software to help us register the equivalent battery we got at Napa?

The car should run without registering the battery. What registering does is talk to the alternator to tell it, there is a new battery, so it can charge at a different rate. If you don't register it today, you can do it over the weekend. Perhaps NAPA has a OBD2 tool that will register it? You can also ask your FLAPS.
