    aluminum radiator

    is it advisable to change the radiator to aluminum radiator? i am scared the plastic radiator in my car will blow up !!! cost here 100usd$ Screenshot (96).pngScreenshot (97).png

    No,don't do it. Read up on it and you will learn. A good stock radiator is fine.

    To clarify, I think what zellamay is saying is that a new stock radiator is fine. Aluminum does not necessarily equal quality.

    zellamay, feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

    Just maintain the correct level of coolant in the system and stock will be fine. More coolant is not better.

    I've always ran mine at near the minimum level with no problems. However, I recently had an expansion tank vent hose/tube spontaneously break and while removing it from the original radiator, the nipple on the rad just crumbled. I replaced the rad with an OE style.
