The sound fading in and out on highway

Hello. I have a G 12 from 2016 with Bowers and Wilkins sound system and I have a problem with the sound. It goes up and down on highway and I know it supposed to be a button or an option in the menu for adjusting that , but it NOT EXIST. Does anyone have this problem? How can I fix it? Is there a coding or whatever helps? Thank you!

Your infotainment system and audio software might need to be updated, that might help solve your audio issues. Also, you can try resetting the system to its original settings, sometimes that can solve any issues with the audio.

What version of iDrive do you have and where are you looking for the speed/volume adjustment? Have you tried using the digital owners manual built into iDrive? It has a keyword search feature...perhaps if you use a word like VOLUME...you may get a list of areas where volume is discussed and may direct you to where you can make the speed/volume adjustment.

On my BMWs with NBT/ID4 & HK system...the speed/sound adjustment is found in SETTINGS under TONE:

Also in the search section says that “ volume is automatically adjusted according to the driving noises audible in the interior” .
    Yes, tried a reset. Same
