My name is Evangelos i am from Greece.
Recently i bought from Ess tuning a supercharger kit G1 for my M3 E92. I am an old customer since this is my 3rd supercharged M3.
I told them that they are my favorite company for tuning for quality products etc.
Some days later i upgraded the G1 to G1+ kit and i asked for software. They send me the software and when i tested the car it wasnt 9psi as they claim and i told him that and that is i go smaller pulley we can make that boost so he can send me software for 9psi.
They answered that combination 128mm crank pulley/94mm supercharger pulley is the max i can go and they also said.

I do not like the demanding tone here though, how about I end all your support and you go fuck yourself instead? I can copy past or screenshot all our emails to show how kind i am and grateful.
I don’t understand where is the demanding tone and why gave me that answer! Anyway its the last time i order from ess there are a lot better companies out there with great customer service.
