    1998 bmw 540 5 speed auto ZF5HP24 Fluid question

    Hello-I have a ZF5HP24 5 sp auto, green sticker says fluid p/n is 83229407807 as the OE number. I'm seeing variances on what fluid to use. I have purchased Pentosin 6 after many sites show it is compatible with Esso/LT71141. Does anyone know if 83220142516(PN on Pentosin 6 bottle) is a revision # to the sticker #?

    ZF Lifeguard 5. That is the only one I ca suggest.
