Hi everyone - @keyscoupe emailed me the other day to remind me that there are a fair number of people not on Facebook, and that I've neglected the fine folks here on BFc. So here I am to make a post to promote this years Schuh Syndikat. I'll keep this post somewhat short, but please reach out if you have any questions.

Registration is open for Schuh Syndikat 2024 - Clownshoe Reunion. May 1-5, 2024.

This year's edition is a celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Z3 and M Coupe. (Yes I do know i'm technically a year late). We are putting together a special program for Saturday night called "Clownshoe Legends". We will have special guests in a talk-show format, plus some video messages from key people from the BMW world. We are also attempting to break the unofficial Coupe Gathering record of 64 that was set some years back in the UK. This effort will be focused on Saturday early afternoon where we will take a group photo and compile other documentation to prove the record. As of this writing, current registrations put us within striking distance. Whether we break the record or not, this should prove to be an amazing event and experience with more coupes than we've ever seen.

As I'm a bit late posting here, I'll mention that the Mooresville host hotel is sold out, but there are other hotels close by at reasonable cost. The Saturday night dinner is sold out due to capacity, but the program will be open to all once dinner is over.

We allow any BMW owner to register with the understanding that this is an E36/8 Z3 or M Coupe focused event.

Just an update.. Registration has been brisk, but starting to slow down a bit. We are in striking distance of the gthering record, but with the inevitable drop outs for emergencies and other commitments, we need to pad our attendance with as many coupes as possible. We have an option for Saturday ony registration. With that, it's OK if you show up to hang out on Friday evening also.

Evan and Nick are coming from the NYC greater area, not sure if they are traveling West first into PA to meet up with those guys (Marty, Chris, Dan). I believe Brandon and maybe Mike are coming too. Sorry I dont know their BF.c handles but you should definintely come! I'll be coming from Hampton Roads.

Kelvin may be planning to this year but I cant remember if it was this year or last year he had family commitments and couldnt.

A group of four of us (2 M coupes, a Z3 coupe, and an E89) are leaving my home in McLean at 7 AM on May 1. We're hoping to hit the Dragon in Marion by lunchtime, and then get to Alcoa by dinnertime

Yea, he'd likely sync up wih Kevlin and Clint's group to travel down if their schedules align. I'll be headed out Wednesday morning to TN if that works out somehow in your schedule and not Kelvin's

Quick update.. 2 weeks to go. Z3 and M Coupe registrations are past 90 cars. I'd really like to see 100 to break and extend the Coupe gathering record in a substantial way here in the USA.

This will be quite the spectacle.
