fault code P0174 and P0171

having just bought this z4 2004 the eml came on during delivery. was told get a code reader and these came up I cleared the codes, being told could be because was standing a while but came back on about 200 miles later (same codes) any help would be grateful thanks
its a E85 model 192 bhp
