    persistant coolant leak

2004 Z4 with leak where lower hose connects to radiator. Tried 3 new hoses and a new radiator, and still leaks in the same location.

Are you sure it’s the radiator hose/radiator … or is it the temperature sensor on the lower hose that is leaking.

If not try a little bit of silicone lubricant/grease on the o rings and try again. The silicon lubricant/grease won’t harm the cooling system if used sparingly…vs… slapping on “gobs” of lubricant.
