I got myself a dirt cheap Becker Traffic Pro BE4725 and performed some experiments... It turns out the BE4725 does contain several manufacturer logos after all. The BMW Traffic Pro BE4769 also contains a few logos but different ones (BMW brands).
Putting the BE4725 face on the BE4769 main unit shows a Becker logo. Putting the BE4769 face on the BE4725 main unit resulted in a Becker logo as well. With the original firmware version of the BE4725 (which I forgot to check) the BE4769 face did not have backlight on the BE4725 main unit. It did however have the Col(or) menu (not shown on the BE4769 main unit) and toggling from yellow to red enabled the backlight. After updating the BE4725 to the latest firmware version (Europe V10) the BE4769 front no longer had the Col(or) menu and the backlight could not be enabled.
Here are the contents of the 24C02 EEPROM on the PCB of the removable front (I had to desolder the EEPROM completely - I couldn't get in-circuit programming to work):

Address ranges 0x00-0x7F, 0x9F-0xAE and 0xB4-0xFF are the same between the BE4725 and BE4769 faces.
Addresses 0x94-0x9E contain the (encoded) last successfully entered security code. If the security code matches that of the EEPROM on the main unit, no code is asked upon power on (unless battery power was lost).
Addresses 0xB1-0xB3 seem to have effect on the Col(or) and Lcd menu but I tested this only very briefly:
- 10 10 10, 11 11 11, 12 12 12 and 13 13 13 (default of BE4725 face): Enables Col(or) and Lcd menus
- 14 14 14: Removes Col(or) menu and changes Lcd menu to Lig(th) where the backlight can be toggled between on and automatic. It's no longer possible to toggle between negative and positive
- 15 15 15 (default of BE4769 face): Removes Col(or) menu (at least on version V10 - the unknown older version kept the menu)
Addresses 0xAE-0xB0 are what controls the logo:
- 10 10 10 (default of BE4725 face)
- On BE4725 main unit shows Becker logo
- On BE4769 main unit shows Becker logo
- 11 11 11
- On BE4725 main unit shows Porsche logo
- On BE4769 main unit shows Becker logo
- 12 12 12
- On BE4725 main unit shows Ford logo
- On BE4769 main unit shows Becker logo
- 13 13 13
- On BE4725 main unit shows Renault logo
- On BE4769 main unit shows Becker logo
- 14 14 14 (default of BE4769 face)
- On BE4725 main unit shows Becker logo
- On BE4769 main unit shows BMW logo
- 15 15 15
- On BE4725 main unit shows Becker logo
- On BE4769 main unit shows Land Rover logo
- 16 16 16
- On BE4725 main unit shows Becker logo
- On BE4769 main unit shows Traffic Pro logo
The Porsche mode removes the compass and auxiliary input. The other modes do not suffer from this but it's possible there are other differences between the modes I did not notice in my brief tests.
I tried a few values lower than 10 and higher than 16 but these all result in Becker logos. Maybe there are other logos hidden but I did not feel like trying all combinations.
My guess is that the Ferrari Traffic Pro units are like the BMW units: Customized by Becker. So the Ferrari logo is probably only present in the Ferrari units...
