I bent my front bumper reinforcement bar and damaged the bumper also so I'm going to order one from ebay, an m3 replica so if you have a recommendation please share. I also wonder if the bumper shock mounts are ok, does anyone know if they compress and then pop back out or do I possibly need to replace them. Don't hesitate to share any other info that might be helpful in this job.

Normally the shocks for the bumper should just pop back out, as these were designed for 5 mph impacts. However if they got bent, you will want to replace them. I would go to a pick-n-pull for a replacement crash bar for you will need that for the new bumper cover.
