Diagonising front A/C fan not working

The electric fan, below the radiator, doesn't spin and a/c doesn't blow cold unless the car is moving.

How could i remove and test to see if its still working? i suspect it might be a wiring issue

First, see if you have 12 volts at the plug - then you can decide if it's a power issue or a faulty fan issue.

I'm seeing more aux fan issues as time goes on.

I'd jump the pins in the rad fan switch to trigger the fan. Check for voltage at the fan harness. If there's voltage but the fan isn't moving that'd a good indicator the fan is bad. You can supply the fan with 12v directly to test it
