Bought the car about a month ago expecting something wrong with it nothing crazy drives great however it’s got an idle surge as well as a loss of power that’s intermittent. Do anyone have any idea as to what’s going on. I’ve cleaned the maf and nothing. I know they’re a bunch that could be the issue. Codes are as follows.

Cleaning the MAF never does anything.
You likely have torn intake tract boots or vacuum leaks. It needs a good inspection for torn or damaged items and a pressurized smoke test of the intake tract.
Alternatively the MAF itself may need to be replaced.
