F01 3.0D Body vibration

I have problem with my f01. Just bought it and i have body vibration and if you look passenger seat then it's shaking. ( also i have e65 and this one have same problem )
Do somebody know, what to look at? I did little bit research and seems it drive shaft joint or drive shaft bearing? Or even transmission? Sometimes it downshift gears roughly. If i accelerate or deaccelerate then the car is vibrating on certain speeds ( not always, but mostly at 85km/h-105km/h
