what do I have

I have a 2019 x5 40i, I see posts about a go5 and a e53 which I guess means something but I dont know what. I know it sounds stupid, can someone point me in the direction of what I am talking about? I take it the e53 thing is the motor?

You have the 2nd generation X5. Which is the E70.

G05 is 2019-
F15 is 2014-2018
E70 is 2007-2013
E53 is 1999-2006

The code is the "chassis number"

The engine is a different similar code

Mine ie e70 with n55

My first bmw was e53 with m54 motor.

I'm too lazy to look up the motor code for 40i 2019
