ok I googled around and found it mostly available in Europe and Im in the USA and google says its available here, anyway when I go to the connected app, it says its not working? Any way I can get this info? is it a setting in the car perhaps?

What data are you looking for and what app are you trying to use? With that info somebody (Andrew?) should chime in with lots of info and suggestions for you.

im not sure what it does I think you download the info from bmw website but im not real sure
