    Thx

I'm currently in diagnostic for high speed vibrations ( > 80 mph) .
Front suspension links looks fine. Not originals. Wheels balanced ect all tires are new.
Got rid of that 23 yrs old tire that was in front left ( spare tyre) : no change.

Do you think considering this was the front left wheel , other components could have suffered any damage , causing this high speed vibration ?
    car has only 120km ( E39 540i)

Did you do an alignment with the new tires?

I did alignement only with two new rear tyres ( rear ).
Alignement was done before anyone notice I was driving with the original spare tyre. The accident occured in 2022 ( damaged tire date) so front tires were 1999 (not used ) and 2022 ( not used).
At the rear , tires were used on the inside.

Should I redo alignement now that all tyres are new ?

I got the car inspected by BMW when I bought it. Right front thrust was done and was changed , nothing else ( oils leaks obviously)

I was inquiring about the alignment because that would reveal if any non-visible damage was present.

Next task is to isolate whether you think the vibration is coming from the front or rear of the car.

This is from a pot hole long the side of the road. My daughter had the exact damage on her E36. In her case, the rims took all of the impact.
