    Suspension issue

When I push the button to lowest setting, it will lower, but always returns to the middle setting. Is there a reason why it would be doing this?

My understanding is the lowest setting is just for getting in the car and will go back up when you start driving. The newest model you can select sport mode -20mm and it will stay there until you turn off the car and it will reset to normal. I'm not sure with the first model X5 to have two axle air but I thought early on there was some automatic override for example when raised fort off road it will lower automatically when hitting a certain speed like 20 mph. Same applies to the loading setting.

Is there any way to override it?

Lower then pull the fuse. I think there is a way to code the different heights but the suspension is not designed to take bumps in the low position is surely why it comes back up when you start moving.
