E36 328is stalling

So I’ve ran into yet another issue with my e36. To start, when cold starting car rpms jump from 1 to 2000 until I slightly press in gas pedal then it drops to normal rpm’s. After driving for 10-15 minutes when pressing in clutch rpms drop below 750 and would stall if I don’t keep rpm’s up.when this happens it always a super rough startup car stutters at times randomly.
