Some help for repairing part of the full auto soft top mechanism

So a couple of parts of the soft top mechanism are broken for my e36, in particular: 51258151879 and 51258151877
Both of these pieces are bent and I want to replace then. I don't really know what I'm doing so if anyone has a repair/shop manual or some detailed steps on how to remove and replace these parts that would be greatly appreciated.

Also these parts seems to be really expensive given their size and simplicity 51258151879 45$ and 51258151877 $150. If anyone knows where I could buy them cheaper that would be amazing as well.
