Power Steering slightly stiffened up - Hose moves around while steering

Steering suddenly felt stiffer even on the freeway. Suctioned out old-ish ATF, replaced with fresh. Still stiff. Also added SeaFoam to clean. Heard a noise when turning into parking lot; turned out the upper hose was shifting as the steering wheel was turning. Thinking it could be an airpocket, I also found tiny air bubbles in reservoir. Thoughts?

    Welcome to the forum Carbo.
Typically all you have to do is turn the wheel lock to lock 3-4 times to purge the air out.
Can’t help you with the moving hose, never looked at mine while turning the wheel.
