E53 X5 2000 4.4i Rare Accessory (pet gate, trenngitter)

Hello All,

I have a very rare piece that came with my 2000 4.4i X5 Sports Package...I am the second owner and was able to receive all documents and accessories from the first owner when I purchased the vehicle. It has been immaculately taken care of and amongst other things, seems to have an accessory that I've never seen before...Maybe because I'm pretty sure it wasn't offered to the US Market?

This, to the best of my knowledge, was offered to the first owner as an accessory from Europe that they must have had at their showroom...It was one of the first models of the X5 produced, with little nods to the age of the vehicle predating its own offerings - the sports package didn't have the sports package steering wheel, for example...it says in the user manual with a diagram of the wheel 'sports package wheel, when made available'

So here I am, with this very large, perfect condition, rare accessory that I do not need...I don't want to hold onto it because it deserves to compete someone's E53 that wants all the bells and whistles from the era...For any collector out there, I think this piece is an awesome bit, even if you don't have an enormous dog begging to come up to the front...

I can send pictures - I'm currently storing it in my building's storage but will happily bring it out and lay it on towels to get images as requested.
