    E36 Vf Supercharger issue

So, im running into an issue with a small bounce on idle and every time i put the car un neutral it jumps the idle for a bit, Code 227 for cylinder mixture bank 1 and I have checked all the lines, leaks, compression, O2s are pretty new but the car just does not feel right

During cruising LTFT stays at -11 for both, when i start idling, Bank1 goes to postitive 10 and bank 2 stays at -11

    probably a vacuum/boost leak.

SC's really suck when it comes to boost leaks, such a PITA.

THE ONLY WAY to solve this is to buy or build a boost leak tester. you need to be able to apply compressed air to the entire intake system. I recommend starting at 10psi and then spray down every connection with soapy water. guaranteed you will have leaks galore.

I had similar issues with Mt ZF install. I had to smoke test several times with around 5-6psi and found a few vacuum leaks. In my case I ended up replacing entire flexible intake pipe with couplers and rigid tubing and found my oil filler cap was leaking like crazy. Replaced it and seems to be running good now although winter here, so limited testing.

You need to smoke test that setup. There are leaks somewhere..

you can smoke test a naturally aspirated motor, but a boosted engine needs the be boost leak tested. Most tuners recommend testing at least 5 psi above the intended boost level..
