I have a 325i (413 red label, m50tu turbo gt35) and im looking into different standalone options. I need it to have rolling anti lag (latched launch control, rolling launch control, million names for timing retard while moving and holding rpms). The best suited one according to almost everyone would be a link ECU, however I would rather not spend Link money ($1300 ), so I found stuff like the KDFI and this "lowcostracingsolutions.uk" one for about $450 each. The kdfi doesnt have a built in map sensor while this one has, I was looking into a maf delete, since my maf scaling is wack.
My question is, does every ECU that is programmed with tunerstudio get the same features? The "lowcostracingsolutions.uk" one has no branding that I can see to find a forum or videos on what people have done with them, and since the tunerstudio "pit limiter" (essentially what i need) is available on MS3, i was wondering if it would also be available on the "lowcostracingsolutions.uk" one too. or if it was perhaps limited by the firmware that the manufacturer shipped. The support hasnt reached back to me to confirm if its a speeduino repackaged or what.
Thanks in advance

Got my Kdfi 1.4 (Bluetooth) delivered today, will update the thread once i get a road tune in. Personally I would save up for a linkECU or get the kdfi, its a good little piece of kit, and its better than the speeduino in my opinion. its an MS2 clone so you can find the similarities online.
Also pazi88 used it on his own bimmer, check his e30 turbo build series, when he goes standalone (The first time) its a kdfi 1.4, he goes through the setup and stuff. Also join his discord if you have more questions abou it, hes always nice and answers. I havent had mine for long so i cant comment a lot besides how happy I am, just not having to unscrew the casing for tuning my car and the logging are a blessing. ShadowDash MS doesnt work on my s22 ultra because the screen aspect ratio on it is not 16:9 (thanks samsung).
Will update the thread over time when i get some time with the kdfi besides initial tuning.
Any updates here? Also looking at the kdfi for my soon to be built M60b30tu with ITBs.
