Wtb: Z3

Hi everyone - looking to get into a z3 for between 5k - 6k. I understand that the 1.9 may be the most reliable so would prefer a z with that engine. Also, must be a manual. No real preference on color here. I'm located in Charlotte, NC but willing to travel somewhat if need be. Let me know if you are looking to sell.

A 6 with that has had regular oil changes and 50k coolant services will last 300k miles without breaking a sweat.

I don't know who told you the 1.9 was more reliable, its basically an aftermarket orphan and there is very little service support for it.

However, its by far the cheapest Z3 you can get your hands on, so good luck with it.

I have a clean title, very clean, black on topaz extended leather, sport package 3.0i in manual that I would be willing to sell for the top of that price range. Not sure who told you the 1.9L cars are more reliable, but not quite sure that is true. Its really more dependent on how the car was maintained for the last 20 years.
