Pity the dealer... intermittent faults are difficult to diagnose. The more intermittent, the worse.
Omar2022, you have to provide complete information so we can take a guess, since we don't have the tactile experience or (for most of us) prior experience with the symptom.
Does the pedal sink to the floor? Does it sink only once? Does it happen while you're slowing, or at a stop? Car warmed up, or engine cold?
The brake pedal on my 530e sometimes sinks a little after a stop. I THINK it's something to do with the power assist vacuum not maintaining constant (negative) pressure, such as would happen it the engine started (not that there's any reason for it to do so at a stop, and since when I've observed it, I'm only a mile downhill from home).
