I had a guy drive up to me and said there was a lot of water coming out of my tail pipe.
When I stopped to look about 10 minutes later, the exhaust pipe was dry
I had not driven the car in a few days and it is garage kept in South Florida
Should I be worried?
What causes the water?
Any help would be appreciated

Normal to see water droplets coming out of the tail pipe, for BMW's don't have what's call pee holes in the mufflers. You will see more if you do a lot of short trips in town, less if you let it run for 15 minutes at a time to burn/clear it all out.

Engine Combustion and Water Condensation
As combustion takes place in your vehicle’s engine whenever the vehicle starts, a mixture of water and carbon dioxide is formed. When the engine cools down completely and exhaust gasses exit the combustion chamber, condensation of water and carbon dioxide can be noticed much more, and in a moment like this, you notice water dripping from your car’s exhaust pipe. This is completely normal.
Condensation From Heat
If your car is in a colder climate, it will need to warm up before it can work properly. This causes excess heat to be built up in your car and is later expelled through the tailpipe. That heat will produce condensation in your exhaust system, so you will see water droplets (or steam) coming out of your tailpipe. New owners that have never noticed this or didn’t grow up in a cold climate…may notice this for the first time and think SMOKE is coming from their cars. It’s just simple steam….nothing to worry about.
